Working Under Instruction
Support Redefined works under instruction from solicitors, professional deputies and other authorised professionals. Each matter begins with a clear brief — what is needed, what is within scope, and how progress will be reported.
Emma works directly on every matter. There is no team of assistants — when you instruct Support Redefined, you deal with Emma throughout, from the initial conversation to the completion of the work.
What to Expect
Initial conversation
We discuss the matter, what practical support is needed and whether Support Redefined is the right fit. There is no obligation at this stage.
Clear scope agreed
Before any work begins, the scope of the instruction is agreed in writing. This sets out what will be done, how progress will be reported and any relevant boundaries.
Work carried out
Emma carries out the agreed practical work, keeping the instructing professional updated at agreed intervals and raising anything unexpected promptly.
Progress reported
Regular, clear updates are provided to the instructing solicitor or professional adviser. The format and frequency are agreed at the outset.

Confidentiality and Discretion
Matters handled by Support Redefined are often sensitive. Emma treats every instruction with strict confidentiality and approaches clients and families with care and discretion.
Information shared in connection with a matter is used only for the purposes of carrying out the agreed work and is not disclosed to third parties without instruction.

Support Redefined provides practical support only. Emma does not provide legal, financial or welfare advice, does not act as a deputy or attorney, and does not replace the responsibilities of the instructing professional. All work is carried out within the scope of the instruction given.
